Apple "cloud" cake: the recipe to make a delicious and fluffy dessert

Ingredients:

2 big apples

5 eggs

1 pinch of salt

400 g of sugar

320 g of flour

1 tsp of baking powder

Almond flakes

Powdered sugar for decoration

Directions:

1. Dice the apples.

2. Whisk eggs with sugar and salt for 3-4 minutes.

3. Now stir in flour and baking powder.

4. Lastly add apples and mix to blend in.

5. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold.

6. Decorate the surface with almond flakes.

7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 45-50 minutes.

8. Let cool, then decorate with powdered sugar.
