Croque Monsieur: how to make the tasty sandwiches

Ingredients:
- For the sandwich:
8 sandwich bread slices
4 ham slices
4 cheese slices
Shredded cheese
- For the bechamel sauce:
15 g of butter
15 g of flour
190-200 ml of milk
Salt
Nutmeg
Directions:
1. Spread bechamel sauce on the bread.
2. Fill with ham and cheese.
3. Close the sandwiches and add more bechamel sauce on top.
4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top.
5. Bake until the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
