Crunchy honey bars: the recipe for delicious treats to try

Ingredients:
250 g of sesame
250 g of flour
30 g of melted butter
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 packet of vanilla sugar
5 g of baking powder
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 pinch of salt
5 tbsp of orange blossom water
1 egg yolk
120 ml of water
Sunflower seeds oil for frying
500 g of honey
Directions:
1. Toast sesame seeds in a pan for 2 minutes. Then mix them with dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt.
2. Stir in melted butter, egg yolk, vinegar.
3. Knead pouring in water gradually.
4. Place the dough into a plastic bag and let rest for 15 minutes.
5. Flatten using a rolling pin into a thin sheet, then cut in squares. Close them by pinching the corners.
6. Fry the treats in hot oil 2 minutes each side.
7. Lastly dip them in honey and drain the excess.
