Baked potato wedges with bacon: the recipe for a tasty side dish

Ingredients:
- For the potatoes:
Potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Aromatic herbs
Turmeric
Bacon
- For the sauce:
70 g of cottage cheese
4 tbsp of sour cream
Pickles
Green onion
Pepper
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes and cut them in wedges.
2. Season with oil, salt and all of the spices.
3. Place them in a tray and add bacon pieces in between.
4. Bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
5. For the sauce mix cheese, sour cream, pickles and green onion.
