Gingerbread cream tart: the recipe for a quick holiday dessert

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
400 g of cake flour
80 g of granulated sugar
40 g of brown sugar
65 g of honey
130 g of butter
1 egg + 2 egg yolks
Half a tsp of ginger
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
Half a tsp of baking soda
- For the filling:
300 g of mascarpone cheese
300 m of cream
60 g of powdered suga
Almonds, cookies and pomegranate for decoration
Directions:
1. Blend flour, butter, spices and baking soda.
2. Add eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar and honey to the mixture.
3. First mix using a fork, then knead until you get an even and smooth dough.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Flatten the dough and cut it in two disks (24 cm diameter wide), then make some holes in them using a fork.
6. Bake at 180° for 10-15 minutes.
7. For the filling just mix mascarpone cheese, cream and powdered sugar using electrical whisks.
8. Assemble the cake and put decorations on top.
