Puff pastry apple donut: the delicious dessert ready in no time

Ingredients:
Ladyfinger biscuits
1 puff pastry sheet
2 apples
Half a lemon juice
2 tbsp of sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp of butter
Apricot jam
Milk
Almond flakes for decoration
Directions:
1. Place a bowl in the middle of the dough and arrange lady fingers in a rays pattern.
2. Peel the apples and cut them in thin slice.
3. Place them in a pan and add lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and butter.
4. Cook until they become soft, then let cool.
5. Fill the dessert with apricot jam and apple slices.
6. Cut the middle of the dough in wedges and close. Then brush with milk.
7. Sprinkle with sugar and decorate with almonds.
8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 35-40 minutes.
