Baked cauliflower: the easy and quick recipe for a tasty casserole

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
Salt
Oregano
Capers / pitted black olives
Tomato sauce
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Bechamel sauce
Directions:
1. Clean the cauliflower, slice it and rise it with running water.
2. Oil the bottom of a tray and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
3. Make the casserole layering bechamel sauce, tomato sauce, cauliflower, oregano, salt, olives and capers.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for about 50 minutes.
