Stuffed flatbread: the delicious and simple recipe to prepare

Ingredients:
Dough:
200 g of extra fine wheat semolina
300 g of flour
8 g dry yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
5 g of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
300 ml of water
for the stuffing:
2 small onions
1 medium sized pepper
300 g of minced meat
2 small carrots
1 teaspoon of salt, one paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
olive oil
About 80 g of water
Directions:
1. Dough: mix the yeast with a little water and sugar. Then add flour, semolina, water, salt and oil.
2. Form a smooth, soft dough and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
3. Stuffing: fry the onion with pepper and salt. Then combine meat, carrots, spices, tomato paste and water.
4. Prepare the bread by filling them.
5. Cook in a non-stick pan with oil.
