Apple mini tarts: the perfect and tasty dessert if you have no time

Ingredients:

1 egg

1 apple

150 g of flour

60 ml of vegetable oil

60 g of sugar

80 ml milk (or yogurt)

7 g of baking powder

vanilla and a pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Mix an egg with sugar and oil.

2. Then add milk, flour, baking powder and a little salt.

3. Finally, pour in a little vanilla and form a smooth mixture.

4. Pour the mixture into the molds and add the apple.

5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.

6. Decorate with jam and coconut.
