Apple muffins: the easy, quick and fragrant recipe

Ingredients:
200 g of cake flour
80 g of corn flour
100 g of granulated sugar
16 g of baking powder
70 ml of seeds oil
150 ml of milk
2 whole eggs
2 cooked apples (diced)
Biscuits
Raisins
Pine nuts
Cinnamon powder
Directions:
1. Place dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder.
2. Then add eggs, oil and milk too.
3. Stir in apples, raisins and pine nuts. Lastly crumble some biscuits in the batter.
4. Pour the batter into a muffin tray, and crumble some more biscuits on top.
5. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
