How to close Gyoza: a step by step guide

Traditionally filled with meat and vegetables, Gyoza are delicious dumplings.
If you ever tried to make them at home you'll know that closing them the perfect way can be tricky.
Let's see how to do it, step by step.
1. Place the filling in the middle of the dough disk.
2. Pinch one end with the thumb and middle finger.
3. Then proceed to close the edges towards the middle, by pinching one side at the time.
4. Continue like this until you reach the other end.
