Almond milk: the recipe to make it perfect at home

Ingredients:
250 g of almonds
1 liter of water
1 packet of vanillin
Lemon zest
1 kg of sugar
Directions:
1. Toast almonds in a pan and let them cool.
2. Blend them
3. Sift and squeeze them using a fine textured gauze.
4. Repeat two times.
5. Pour it in a large pot and add vanillin and lemon zest.
6. Add sugar a little bit at a time and stir.
7. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
8. Store in a bottle and let cool.
