Tuna meatloaf in a crust: the quick and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
400 g of tuna
450 g of potatoes
2 eggs
50 g of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
2 rectangular puff pastry sheets
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes, then mash them.
2. Add salt, pepper and well drained tuna.
3. Also stir in cheese and eggs.
4. Mix well to get a smooth mixture.
5. Join the puff pastry sheets and pour the mixture in the middle.
6. Shape the loaf with your hands.
7. Roll and decorate with some puff pastry stripes.
8. Brush its surface with whisked egg.
9. Bake at 190° for 20 minutes.
