Chocolate chiffon cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
240 g of flour
20 g of corn starch
0,5 g of vanillin
30 g of cocoa powder
16 g of baking powder
250 g of sugar
2 g of salt
6 eggs
180 ml of water
140 ml of seeds oil
Directions:
1. Sift flour, corn starch, vanillin, cocoa powder and baking powder.
2. Then add sugar and salt.
3. Whip egg whites.
4. Aside, whisk egg yolks with oil and water, then pour this mixture onto the powders.
5. Lastly, stir in whipped egg whites.
6. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured mold.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160° for 60 minutes.
