Sweet pockets: just a few ingredients are enough for a unique snack!

INGREDIENTS
12 slices sandwich bread
180g (2 bars) milk chocolate, chopped
30g (2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
30ml (2 tbsp) water
2 egg yolk
Sugar
Powdered sugar

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2. Roll out sandwich bread with a rolling pin and cut out a 15 cm circle. Repeat with remaining slices.
3. Mix flour and water to make a slurry.
4. Place some chocolate in the middle of each bread circle and brush the edges with a slurry. Pinch both edges together well.
5. Brush bread pockets with egg yolks and sprinkle some sugar on top. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve right away, dusted with powdered sugar.
