INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
salt
100g sugar
50ml vegetable oil
lemon zest
130g flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp warm water

custard cream, as needed
fruit

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs, salt, and sugar. Add the oil, flour, water and baking powder.
2. Pour circles of batter onto a sheet of parchment paper and bake for 8 minutes at 180°C*.
3. Fold the circles into tacos and let them cool.
4. Fill with cream and fruit.
