INGREDIENTS
2 eggs

100g sugar
50ml vegetable oil
lemon zest
130g flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp warm water

custard cream, as needed

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat together the eggs, salt, and sugar. Add the oil, flour, water and baking powder.
2. Pour circles of batter onto a sheet of parchment paper and bake for 8 minutes at 180Β°C*.
3. Fold the circles into tacos and let them cool.
4. Fill with cream and fruit.
