Homemade ladyfingers: the recipe for delicious biscuits with only 3 ingredients

Ingredients: 
2 eggs 
60 g of granulated sugar
70 g of cake flour 
1 pinch of vanillin (optional) 
 
Directions: 
1. For starters divide egg yolks from whites. 
2. Whisk egg whites with 30 g of sugar and vanillin. 
3. Whisk egg yolks with the other 30 g of sugar. 
4. Mix both batters and add sifted flour. 
5. Shape the ladyfingers and bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
