Zucchini au gratin: the recipe for a light and savory dish

Ingredients:
1 zucchini
Olive oil
90 g of tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Grated cheese
Directions:
1. Cut the zucchini in thin slices.
2. Place them in a tray with some olive oil on the bottom.
3. Mix tomato sauce, oil, salt and oregano then use it to season the zucchini. Lastly, sprinkle with some cheese and oregano on top.
4. Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes
