Zucchini au gratin: the recipe for a light and savory dish

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
50 g of parmesan
150 g of breadcrumbs
50 g of pecorino cheese
3 basil leaves
Salt and pepper
EVO oil
Directions:
1. Dice pecorino cheese.
2. Then wash and cut the zucchini in thin slices.
3. Blend breadcrumbs, grated cheese, pecorino cheese, basil and zucchini scraps.
4. Season with salt and pepper, then add oil too.
5. Blend everything to get a firm filling.
6. Make the rolls and fill with the mixture made before.
7. Brush some olive oil into a baking dish and place the zucchini rolls, with the closing edge on the bottom.
8. Season with oil and sprinkle with bread crumbs, grated cheese and pepper.
9. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
