Savory muffins: the recipe to make them soft and tasty in a few minutes

Ingredients: 
Olive oil 
400-500 g of spinach (frozen or fresh)
1 onion 
1 red bell pepper 
Salt and pepper 
5 medium eggs 
150 g of greek yogurt 
Chili powder (optional) 
Cheddar or grated parmesan cheese 
 
Directions: 
1. For starters cook the spinach into a pan. 
2. Season with salt and pepper. 
3. In another pan stir fry onion and bel pepper with salt and pepper. 
4. In a bowl mix eggs, yogurt, pepper, salt, chili powder and spinach. 
5. Add bell pepper, onion and cheese. 
6. Mix well and pour the batter into the muffin mold. 
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
