Zucchini frittata roll: the tasty recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:

2 zucchini

200 g cooked ham

6 eggs

50 g cheese mix

1 burrata

salt

pepper

oil

Directions:

1. Clean and cut the zucchini into rounds.

2. Beat eggs with salt and pepper, add zucchini.

3. Mix well and pour into the baking tray.

4. Bake at 200° for 10 minutes.

5. Stuff the omelette and roll up.

6. Bake at 200° for another 10 minutes.
