Homemade pizza: the recipe to make it soft and tasty

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
400 g of all-purpose flour
100 g of cake flour
320 ml of warm water
6 g of fresh brewer's yeast
16 g of salt
12 ml of evo oil
- For seasoning:
170 g of tomato sauce
Oregano, salt and oil
120 g of mozzarella cheese
Sliced ham
Directions:
1. Start by dissolving yeast into water.
2. Now add oil and flour. Lastly stir in salt too.
3. Mix with a spatula at first, then knead until you get a smooth dough.
4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
5. Now spread the dough onto a floured work surface and fold it, the let rest 10 minutes with a lid on.
6. Repeat this process two times more, letting the dough rise for 5 minutes at first and 1 hour later.
7. Make the sauce by mixing tomato sauce with salt, oregano and oil.
8. Spread the dough into a tray covered in oiled baking paper.
9. Now season with the sauce you made before.
10. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
11. Add diced mozzarella cheese and sliced ham.
12. Finish baking for another 3 or 4 minutes.
