Rose crepes cake: the creamy and original recipe to try

Ingredients:
Cream:
350 g warm cream
100 g powdered sugar
250 g dark chocolate
50 g soft butter
Crepes:
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
80 g sugar
5 g vanilla sugar
180 g hot milk
200 g flour
35 g dark cocoa
10 g corn starch
5 g baking powder
40 g butter to melt in 100 g boiling water
Directions:
1. Cream: dissolve the icing sugar in the hot milk, then add the dark chocolate and butter. Dissolve everything and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
2. Crepes: mix the eggs with salt and sugar, then add the hot milk. Separately, mix flour, cocoa, starch and baking powder. Add to the rest and mix well, finally add the melted butter.
3. Start preparing all the crepes in a non-stick pan.
4. Blend the cream and assemble the cake.
5. Leave a fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
