Parmesan cheese baskets: the delicious appetizer to try

Ingredients:

150/200 g Parmesan

Mixed salad

Russian salad

Hard-boiled eggs

Carrots

Directions:

1. Heat a non-stick pan and spread a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese.

2. Brown the parmesan on both sides and place it on a baking tray.

3. Cover immediately with another cup to make the shape of the basket.

4. Now prepare the other baskets and stuff them with mixed salad, Russian salad, hard-boiled eggs and carrots.

5. You can fill the waffles as you like.
