Lemon truffles: the delicious no bake recipe

Ingredients:
250 grams of mascarpone
50 grams of sugar
30 gr of rapé coconut
100 gr of ladyfingers
50 gr of flaked almonds
30 gr of lemon juice
Decoration ingredients:
grated zest of 2 lemons
40 gr of rapé coconut
Directions:
1. First crumble the ladyfingers and set them aside.
2. Mix the mascarpone with sugar, ladyfingers, coconut, almonds and lemon juice.
3. Shape into balls and leave them in the fridge for 15 minutes.
4. Mix the rapé coconut with the lemon zest and decorate the truffles.
