Vasilopita, the delicious Greek cake to celebrate the New Year

Vasilopita is a Greek cake that is prepared for the New Year. A coin or pendant is hidden in the cake to wish good luck to those who receive it. It is advisable to cover the object with aluminum foil or film.
 

Ingredients:
330 gr flour
20 gr baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
150 gr sunflower oil
270 gr sugar
220 gr yogurt
100 gr chocolate chips
 
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs with sugar, oil, salt and vanilla extract.
2. Then add the yogurt, flour and baking powder.
3. Finally add the chocolate chips and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 175 ° for 40-45 minutes.
