Gelatin cake

INGREDIENTS
640g greek yogurt
200g cream cheese
1 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp gelatin
1/2 cup water
1 cup grapes
1 cup strawberry, chopped
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup peaches, chopped
3 tbsp pineapple gelatin powder
200g cream cheese

METHOD
Mix gelatin powder with warm water, let it cool.
Beat cream cheese, greek yogurt, condensed milk and gelatin mixture until combined.
Cut yogurt mixture into a greased baking form, chill for 4 hours.
Mix pineapple gelatin powder with 2 tbsp of water, than mix it with 2 cups of water and heat until gelatin dissolved. Let it cool.
Divide the cake into 8 parts and clear 4 holes.
Put the fruits into holes and add gelatin mixture, until it cover fruits. Chill 15-20 minutes.
Microwave gelatin yogurt mixture until it completely melted, pour it on the cake and chill for 2 hours.
