One pot roast veal: the simple way to make it tender and delicious

Ingredients:
1 kg of veal nut
4 carrots
2 onions
1 sprig of celery
1 apple
oil
1 glass of white wine
Broth:
1l water
2 tomatoes
1 potato
1 carrot
1 stick of celery
oil
salt
Directions:
1. First prepare the broth, then fill a pot with water.
2. Add the ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Pour some oil into a saucepan and brown the meat on all sides.
4. Add the vegetables, white wine and let it evaporate.
5. Then add the broth and cook for 90 minutes.
6. Cut the meat and blend the rest in order to have a sauce to season it.
