Sweet brios: to be filled as you want, it will always be delicious!

INGREDIENTS
250g (1 1/2 cup) of bread flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1 egg
2 tbsp of sugar
7g of dry yeast
120ml (1/2 cup) of milk
30g butter
1 egg, for coating
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together warm milk with sugar, yeast, and egg. Add in flour, salt, and butter. Let the dough rise for 2 hours, or until doubled size.
  2. Roll out the dough and make a pattern onto it. Let it rise for another 40 minutes.
  3. Spread with egg and bake at 180’C (360’F) for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with hazelnut cream and powdered sugar.
