Pumpkin flan: how to prepare this tasty and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
4 eggs
500 gr pumpkin
370 gr condensed milk
370 gr milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Caramel:
100 gr sugar
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Directions:
1. First cut and boil the pumpkin, then blend it.
2. Separately, beat the eggs with condensed milk, milk, vanilla and pureed pumpkin.
3. Prepare the caramel and pour it into a pan.
4. Pour the dough and insert the pan into a larger one.
5. Pour in some water and bake at 400°F (200°) for 40 minutes.
