Mousse log: the creamy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
10 gr gelatin powder
100 gr cream
25 gr cocoa
700 gr milk
75 gr sugar
35 gr corn starch
100 gr dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Melt the gelatin with hot water.
2. Beat the cream with cocoa and add 100 ml of milk.
3. Pour all into the 600 ml of milk and add cornstarch and sugar.
4. Cook all together and add the dark chocolate.
5. Pour the batter into the mold and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
