Fig and ricotta pie: the delicious and creamy recipe

Ingredients:
75g butter (room temperature)
45g hazelnut flour
40g sugar
1g salt
30g egg
105g "00" flour
RICOTTA AND HONEY CREAM:
180g fresh ricotta
20g sugar
40g sugar-free yogurt
200g mascarpone
35g honey
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Base: mix the butter and soften it. Add the sugar, egg, salt, hazelnut flour and flour. Form a homogeneous mixture and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. Then roll out the pastry in the mold and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Then bake at 160 ° for 30 minutes, then for another 5.
4. Brush a beaten egg on the base and bake at 140 ° for 5 minutes.
6. Cream: mix the ricotta with sugar, yogurt, mascarpone, honey and salt.
7. Pour over the base and leave in the fridge for 6 hours.
8. Decorate with figs and serve.
