Turkish bread: how to make it perfect and delicious

Ingredients:
7 gr dry yeast
4 gr sugar
250 ml hot water
375 gr flour
5 gr salt
30 ml oil
1 yolk
Sesame seeds
 
Directions:
1. Pour the water into a bowl and dissolve the yeast and sugar.
Mix well and let it rest for 10/15 minutes.
2. Then add the flour, salt, oil and form a homogeneous dough.
3. Let them double in volume and then divide them into two parts.
4. Roll out the dough as shown in the video then cover with beaten egg yolk and sesame seeds.
5. Bake at 450°F (230°) for 15/18 minutes.
