How to prepare delicious lentil falafel

Ingredients:
Falafel:
200 grams of dried lentils
1 carrot
1/2 large red pepper
1 green pepper
1/2 onion
8 tablespoons of oatmeal
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
Salt to taste.
Fry oil
Sesame seeds
Yogurt Based Sauce:
2 natural Greek yogurts
Juice of half a lemon
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Put the lentils in water overnight.
2. Blend carrot, peppers and onion.
3. Blend the lentils too and add everything.
4. Add the spices, flour and salt.
5. Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
6. Form the falafel, pass them in the sesame seeds and fry.
7. Prepare the yogurt sauce for serving them.
