Ingredients:
200 gr flour
30 gr brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
8 gr vanilla yeast (1/2 sachet)
1 pinch of cinnamon
120 gr yogurt
120 gr milk
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
60 gr butter
1 tablespoon of honey

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
2. Separately mix in milk with yogurt and lemon juice.
3. Mash the bananas with egg, melted butter and honey.
4. Combine everything and form a homogeneous mixture.
5. Heat a non-stick pan and cook your pancakes.
