Homemade ice cream on sticks: the delicious idea

Ingredients:
460g milk
75g sugar
85g milk powder
15g corn starch
40g milk
1/2 vanilla bean
150 dark chocolate
37g cocoa butter
Directions:
1. Pour the milk, powdered milk, sugar and vanilla into a saucepan. Bring to the fire.
2. Separately mix the starch with 40 g of milk. Join the rest.
3. Mix the cream in a pan with ice water.
4. Then let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Pour the cream into the molds and place in the freezer for 6 hours.
6. Melt the chocolate and cover the sticks.
