Crumble strawberry cake: the easy and so delicious recipe

Ingredients:
FOR THE CREAM
Milk 500 g
Sugar 120 g
60 g potato starch or corn starch
A teaspoon of vanilla essence or lemon zest
STRAWBERRY FILLING
Strawberries 500 g plus a few to decorate
Sugar two tablespoons
One tablespoon corn starch
One tablespoon lemon juice
FOR THE CRUMBS (20X30 TRAY) or 24 cm round mold
00 flour 420 g
Sugar 140 g
Eggs 2
Sunflower oil 90 g
Half a sachet of baking powder
A pinch of salt
Essence of vanilla or lemon peel
Flaked almonds 30 g
Directions:
1. Cream: mix starch, sugar and milk. Also add the vanilla and let it thicken. Let it cool down.
2. Cut the strawberries and mix with lemon juice, sugar and starch. Let it thicken on the heat and then let it cool.
3. Dough: mix the flour with the yeast, then add with sugar, vanilla, oil and eggs.
4. Now assemble the crumbled and bake at 356°F/180° for 45 minutes.
