Pudding cake: a mouthwatering recipe to surprise everyone

The Greek pastry chef Dimitri make a delicious pudding cake.

Ingredients:

1 liter of milk

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

180 gr sugar

70 gr corn starch

2 egg yolks

55 gr butter

1 egg

2 tablespoons of sugar

Directions:

1. In a saucepan pour the milk with vanilla, sugar, starch, egg yolks and butter.

2. Let it thicken and pour into a mold.

3. Beat the egg and add the two teaspoons of sugar.

4. Brush the mixture on the dough and bake at 400°F/200 ° for 20-25 minutes.
