Heart shaped garlic bread: the recipe to make it fluffy and tasty

Ingredients:

250 gr flour

2 teaspoons of dry yeast

1 tablespoon of sugar + 1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Aromatic herbs to taste

3 tablespoons of melted butter

125 ml warm milk

1 egg

Filling:

Butter

Cheese

Chicken or cooked ham

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar, salt, garlic and herb mix.

2. Then add the butter, milk and egg.

3. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 90 minutes.

4. Then divide the dough into 4 parts and form the hearts.

5. Let it rest for another 30 minutes.

6. Brush with a beaten egg and then bake at 400°F/200° for 25 minutes.
