No bake biscuit cake: the recipe for an easy and delicious dessert

Ingredienti:
1 egg
A pinch of salt
50 g of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
20 g of flour
20 g of corn starch
500 ml of milk
60 g of butter
300 g of cocoa biscuits
180 g of milk chocolate
90 g of whipping cream
90 g of chopped peanuts
Directions:
1. In a sauce pan mix the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and corn starch. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
2. Mix with milk adding it gradually.
3. Put it on the stove and heat up until it thickens and continue mixing.
4. Add butter cut in pieces and let it melt.
5. In a tray place the biscuits making a layer then cover with the cream. Make other layers like this.
6. Melt finely chopped chocolate into hot cream.
7. Add peanuts.
8. Use this to coat the cake's surface.
9. Let the cake harden in the fridge before serving.
