Swordfish in air fryer: the recipe to make it tasty and juicy

Ingredients:
500 g of swordfish
300 g of cherry tomatoes
Parsley
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Directions:
1. Pour some olive oil onto an aluminum tray.
2. Place the fish inside.
3. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes cut in pieces.
4. Season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
4. Cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 175 degrees.
