Puff pastry snacks: 4 ideas for a fanciful appetizer

Ingredients:

1)

1 puff pastry roll

Half a zucchini

1 pinch of salt

Swiss cheese

2)

1 puff pastry roll

Crab sticks

Hot dogs

1 egg

1 tbsp of milk

Sesame seeds for decoration

3)

1 puff pastry rolll

50 g of tomato sauce

70 g of swiss cheese

1 pinch of salt

Garlic powder

4)

1 puff pastry roll

2-3 tsp of pesto

30 g of mozzarella cheese

Puppy seeds

Directions:

1)

1. Cut the zucchini in thin slices and spread them with salt.

2. Let them rest for 10 minutes then dry them.

3. Cut the puff pastry in triangles.

4. Fill with zucchini slices and diced cheese.

5. Roll to make a croissant-like shape.

6. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

2)

1. Cut the pastry in thin stripes.

2. Wrap them around crab sticks and hot dogs.

3. Brush with whipped egg and milk.

4. Decorate with some sesame seeds.

5. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

3 and 4)

1. Season the tomato sauce with salt and garlic powder.

2. Add in the grated cheese.

3. Cut the pastry in half. Fill one half with the cheese and tomato mix.

4. Fill the other half with pesto and cheese.

5. Cut in thin stripes.

6. Roll the stripes.

7. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
