Shrimp tarts with crackers: the quick and tasty appetizer to try right now

Ingredients:
400 g of shrimp
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper To Taste
1 clove of garlic
20 ml of white wine
Fresh parsley to taste
50 g of pitted olives
125 g of cream cheese
Cracker
Directions:
1. Thoroughly clean the prawns by removing the head and carapace.
2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the prawns, season with salt and pepper.
3. Also add the minced garlic.
4. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes per side.
5. Then blend with the white wine and let it evaporate completely.
6. Add the finely chopped fresh parsley.
7. Blend the olives and cream cheese together. Season the mixture obtained with a little pepper.
8. Create your appetizer by spreading the cream cheese and olives on the crackers, then add the prawns and decorate with sprigs of parsley.
