Caramel cookies: the recipe for a sweet and delicious breakfast

Ingredients (about 8 cookies):
- For the caramel
57 g of butter
100 g of brown sugar
3 g of salt
- For the dough:
110 g of butter
45 g of sugar
70 g of brown sugar
2 g of salt
1 g of baking soda
1 egg
Vanilla extract
150 g of flour
85 g of dark chocolate
Directions:
1. In a sauce pan let sugar, butter and salt melt, mixing vigorously with a spatula.
2. Pour the caramel in a baking tray covered in baking paper and let it cool.
3. In a bowl mix sugar, brown sugar, salt and melted butter. Blend everything well.
4. Then add in eggs and vanilla extract.
5. Now add in the powders: flour and baking soda.
6. Chop the chocolate.
7. When the caramel is hard enough, brake it with your hands and form some chips out of it.
8. Add chocolate and caramel to the cookie dough.
9. With an ice-cream scoop take some dough and place it in a baking tray covered in baking paper.
10. Cover the cookies and let them cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
11. Bake at 150 degrees for 17 minutes.
12. Let cool the cookies before serving.
