Ingredients:
6 eggs room temperature
230 gr sugar
130 ml oil sunflower seeds
135ml water
225 gr flour 00
1 packet vanilla baking powder
2 tsp natural vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1 tsp cream tartar

Directions:
1. First divide yolks and egg whites.
2. Mix the yolks with the sugar and then add oil, water, flour, yeast and vanilla extract.
3. Beat the egg whites with the salt, cream tartar and add to the rest.
4. Pour the dough into the mold and bake at 180° fro 30 minutes and at 160° for 20-25 minutes.
