Breaded fried egg: the result is just amazing!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs 
100 g breadcrumbs 
Salt 
Black pepper 

METHOD
  1. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the surface, pour egg onto it, sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with more breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry in hot oil for a few minutes from both sides.
