Lemon muffins: the easy and quick recipe to make them soft and fragrant

Ingredients:
280 g of bread flour
150 g of sugar
140 g of butter
2 large eggs
10 g of baking powder
1 lemon zest
Directions:
1. Whip eggs and sugar until you get a foamy batter.
2. Add milk, melted butter and grated lemon zest.
3. Lastly stir in flour and baking powder.
4. Pour the batter in a muffin mold (you can either use paper cups or butter and flour the mold directly).
5. Bake at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
