Chocolate biscuit cake: the recipe of a delicious no-bake dessert

Ingredients:
- For the cake:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
Half a cup of cornstarch
Half a cup of cocoa powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar (about 10 g)
1 l of milk
50 g of butter
80 g of chocolate
1 cup of water (or milk)
270 g of biscuits
- For decoration:
Chocolate biscuits
Chopped pistachios
Grated coconut
Cherries
Directions:
1. In a saucepan mix all dry ingredients: sugar, flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla sugar.
2. Pour in milk a little bit at the time and mix using a whisk. Try to avoid lumps.
3. Now cook the mixture, continuously stirring, until it thickens.
4. Add butter and chocolate in pieces.
5. Melt and blend all the ingredients. Lastly add water.
6. Start assembling the cake making even biscuit layers and using the chocolate cream in between.
7. Use chocolate cream also to cover the entire cake. Then sprinkle with some crumbled chocolate biscuits on top.
8. Let cool in the fridge for 3 hours.
9. Decorate with chopped pistachios, grated coconut and cherries.
