Ricotta and almond pie: the creamy and beautiful recipe

Ingredients:
Base:
250 gr flour for cakes
150 gr sugar
100 gr of seed oil
1 vanillin sachet
1 egg
1/2 sachet of baking powder
Cream:
250 gr ricotta
50 gr sugar
1 egg
1 vial of lemon essence
30 gr flaked almonds
Directions:
Dough: in a bowl mix sugar, egg and oil. Then add flour, yeast and vanillin. Form a homogeneous dough.
Cream: Mix the ricotta well with sugar, egg and lemon essence.
Roll out the dough into a mold, fill with the cream and add the flakes.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 40-45 minutes.
