Hazelnut and chocolate sponge cake: the mouthwatering recipe

Ingredients:
Cake:
4 eggs
200 gr sugar
200 ml seed oil
200 ml milk
400 gr flour
1 sachet of baking powder
 
 
 
 

Cream:
10 hazelnut wafers
500 gr cream
200 gr chopped hazelnuts
300 gr hazelnut cream
 
 
 
Ganache:
300 ml cream
300 gr dark chocolate
Chopped hazelnuts to taste
 
Directions:
Cake: whip the eggs with the sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained. Then add oil and milk. Add flour, baking powder and mix, then add the cocoa and pour the mixture into a mold. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20-25 minutes.
Cream: crumble the wafers and then whip the cream. Mix cream, hazelnuts and hazelnut cream.
Divide the cake in half, wet it with milk and fill it.
Finally prepare the ganache by melting the chocolate in the cream and cover the cake. Decorated with hazelnuts.
